HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

As a Protect Plus customer, you can begin by logging into My Account and giving us some details about your product.

STEP 1

Log into My Account
To make a claim, you need to create a Domestic & General account.

STEP 2

Review your plan details
Once you are logged into My Account you can manage your plan and check product details.

STEP 3

Check out our maintenance support
Our Maintenance and Support Portal provides helpful hints and tips on how to maintain your product.

STEP 4

Make a claim and book a repair
Once you have given us the details about your product, book your repair for a day that suits you. You can also track existing engineer appointments.
